A 17th-century building that was a charming and unique touch to our stay. It felt like stepping into history while still having all the modern comforts we needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver. We were able to cook our own meals and enjoy them at the dining table, making us feel right at home. The balcony with city views was a hidden gem. We spent evenings sipping wine and enjoying the picturesque scenery of Venice, feeling like we were in a movie. The location in Cannaregio was ideal. It offered the perfect balance between being in a central residential neighborhood and still having easy access to all the major landmarks, including the famous Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Free WiFi and access to a terrace were added bonuses. We could easily stay connected and even enjoy some outdoor relaxation during our stay.
A fan or air conditioner in the main bedroom would have been beneficial during the hot summer days. Though not a major issue, this would have made our sleep more comfortable.

The apartment was amazing, beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a lovely balcony with doors leading from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and even had coffee waiting for us. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and sights. Chiara and Davide, our hosts, were very welcoming and helpful, providing valuable advice for our first trip to Venice. Despite a minor issue with the WiFi password, Davide worked hard to fix it and ensure our expectations were met. I would highly recommend Canaletto Apartments for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We really got great value for our money at this apartment in Venice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amazing views from the master bedroom. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff, especially Chiara and Davide, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only small improvement that could be made for breakfast offerings is to include a filter for the coffee machine. We had a hard time finding one in the grocery stores nearby, which made the coffee machine unusable.

Canaletto Apartments exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The spacious apartment with amazing canal views from almost every window was truly a treat. The location was ideal, being away from the crowds but still close to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. The staff, especially Chiara, was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with clearer instructions or a map to the nearest supermarkets. Although Davide verbally mentioned their location, as first-timers in this beautiful city, we got lost.

Stayed in a historic building with a charming terrace. Free WiFi was a bonus, but 17th-century ambiance was definitely the highlight!
Who needs a view of the canal when you can have a thrilling street view with no water? So disappointed!

The apartment was amazing - spacious, with great views of the canal from almost every window. And it had everything we needed - a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, not too far from the main attractions and close to water bus stops and piazze. We loved the quiet atmosphere of the area, away from the hustle and bustle. It was a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!
One thing that could be improved is the information provided about nearby supermarkets. It would have been helpful to have a map or clearer directions.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Venice! The location was perfect, right on the canal but in a quieter area. I could easily walk to all the landmarks and attractions. The apartment itself was spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is hard to find in this city. The views from almost every window were stunning, like a painting. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions or requests.
No negatives.

The room was spacious and had a cozy vibe, making it feel like a home away from home. The three bedrooms were perfect for my solo trip, giving me the flexibility to choose where to sleep or simply relax. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save some money. I loved the balcony with city views! It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment provided fresh bed linen and towels, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Having a flat-screen TV with cable channels was a great bonus for unwinding after a long day of exploring the charming streets of Venice. The apartment's air conditioning provided a cool and refreshing escape from the warm Italian weather.
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom a bit unnecessary, but I understand that others might appreciate having this feature.
